RETREAT REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS

Registration is available 24/7 beginning March 5, 2023.  You will need a credit card and the following data items: Your name, telephone number, email address and if you have a roommate your roommate’s name, telephone number and email address. You must designate the same primary person for all transactions. You and your roommate must register separately.

To begin, go to the Hartford Memorial Baptist Church Website at hmbcdetroit.org.

Select the retreat registration option. You must then select either the full payment screen or the partial payment screen.  Complete all of the required fields. If you use the partial payment method, you and your roommate must make separate payment entries using separate credit cards.

Registration will end on August 6, 2023.

IN PERSON

Ongoing registration will be held in Fellowship Hall after each Sunday worship service on the first Sunday in March, April and May. In June and July, registration will be open every Sunday after each worship service. The last day to register is August 6, 2023.  If paying with a credit card, you will need the actual credit card and the following data items: Your name, telephone number and email address and your roommate’s name, telephone number and email address. You must designate the same primary person for all transactions. You and your roommate must register separately.

You may also complete your registration in the church office during normal business hours beginning March 6, 2023.  NO registration will be done in the Resource Center (Bookstore).
